New Applicants:
If this is the first time you have accessed this screen please press the 'Register' button to create your account (you will be required to enter your email address and create a password before you begin your application).
Registered Applicants:
If you have started to build or have previously started or submitted an application please enter your email and password in the boxes provided and press 'login'.
If you have created an account and have forgotten your password please press the 'Reminder' button.

IMPORTANT NOTICES: 16 March 2012
If you have already started an application and have it saved please note that we have added an additional question in Section C. You will now find that we have split the Net incoming/outgoing resources question into two - please use C5 if you have positive resources or receipts and C6 for negative amounts.
When you return to your application please go to Section C and press 'F5' on your keyboard, this will enable your current page to refresh and populate the application with the additional question.
